Went outside this morning and my damn tailgate handle cover was gone. WTF?!?!?!? Anyway, thought maybe someone has that has shaved their tailgate might have a spare one hanging around. If not, I guess I'll head up top the gm dealership and let them rape me on one. Thanks

 

The bezels are really cheap. I forgot how much I paid but it wasnt much at all. They are infamous for breaking.

Painted ones are like 20 bucks at the dealer.

 

None painted one is ~12 bucks from the dealer. Not a bad price, its cheaper to buy small parts like this local than dealing with shipping and handling since that eats up all of the discount and delays you getting the part.

 

I put one of those locking things on mine (from PepBoys of all places) for $19.99, which comes with a new bezel in order to fit the keyhole thingy. I have a soft tonneau cover and this thing was just what I was looking for. Plus it keeps punks from stealing your tailgate. Just something to think about.

 

Thanks guys. I just figured the dealership would try to charge some crazy price for the stupid little plastic pos. I think a painted one would look alot better back there. It may have been a blessing in disquise.
