WTB: Airaid MIT or Equivalent

WTB:Airaid MIT, AFE Tube, or Equivalent
Looking for a New or Used in good shape Airaid MIT, AFE Intake tube, or something similar for my 05' Sierra. Basically anything that will bolt up to the MAF in the stock location w/ the stock airbox. I'm Not really 100% what all is out there other than the MIT for just a less retrictive intake tube, and not a complete CAI.
