Are they the same as the Ls6 push rods? Do they work with the smaller base circle?

oh darn, i honestly dont know. I bought them from a friend, came out of his stock LS2. I had them in my LS1 with LS6 cam and LS6 heads. Im just not sure if they are 7.400 or 7.425

They are all 7.4. The Z06 had longer valves to make up the difference. The only way you can get 7.425 push rods is to buy them aftermarket. No stock rods are that length. FWIW, I have use a Z06/LS6 cam in 2 motors with stock push rods with out any problems.
