They should be the same, they have egr and heat shields. Let me know if you want pics. Ill take 55 shipped.

FYI, the 6L passenger side manifold is different in the fact that it uses a flat ring gasket and flat flange like the drivers side, where the 5.3/ 4.8 have a ball flange. Just in case anyone wanted to know. Other then that, they are all the same.
