Not sure exactly what to call it, but its the cross member that holds the torsion bar keys and of course the torsion bars run into it. Would want it with the bolts that mount it. Would think an 03-07 classic would work.

Last time I installed my transmission I stripped one of the bolts that hold it to the frame. I can fix it but would just like to pick up one if reasonable.
