They did come with projector headlight housings, but no HIDs. Just regular halogens....

To hids? Super easy. Just find a quality hid kit and it should be plug and play. I'm not positive if the Denalis use 9006's in the low beams, but whatever kit you buy you might need shorter hid bulbs so that they clear the projector lens. I wont recommend you a kit bc I still haven't found a kit I like. I'm on the "hunt" as well LOL. I have however heard great things about Rikensport, but haven't tried them yet myself.
