The radio's in the '03s be it GMC or Chevy should be the same. I believe the only difference is some trucks offer the Bose speakers. It should be plug and play since the layouts are the same and the 03's should be pre-wired the same. To my knowledge it should just hook right up with no problems since you already have an '03
