you can make that yourself....16x2.0 all thread and some flat washers...

Yep, it really doesn't get much easier/quicker than that.

I use the torch method as well. Putting any bolt in the crank, except the crank bolt, makes me nervous.

i used dirt track racers tool. Worked like a champ!!! I don't mind buying tools even to use just once, cause you never know when you will need it again...

put the pulley in the oven at 225 for 10ish min.. works like a champ for me (basically the same as a torch) but whoo doesnt have an oven... and if you paint it first then its like ghetto powder coating.. the paint stickss greattt

Paint def sticks great to heated metal. That is the way I spray bomb all my stuff, is amazing how well plain jane spray bomb will stick. I used the hot water method hover to put the pulley on..
