My mom has a 1999 Blazer 4.3 and the 4x4 stopped working. I went out a few minutes ago and scanned it and determined the Transfer Case Shift Control Module went out. Ebay has these for $200-250 bucks.
Anyone got one substantially cheaper?

Our driveway is sandy like you wouldn't believe, especially where my mom drives through, and she really needs 4x4 to back out of her spot. She keeps tearing up the drive and getting stuck using 2x4.

Does it really matter what this part comes out of? would any 99-06 unit work or just 95-2000?
