You need to look at your PCM and see which one it is, if it has the 2, red and green harness connectors, then yes you can use a V1 to tune it. You can also email your VIN to EFILive and they can tell you ya or na also,

TTT I didn't think there was a difference in the PCM of the 2007 classic silverado. It should be the same as 2006. The NBS is a different animal but the classic should be fine. I'd still check with EFILive to be sure.

some of the 07 classics used the old pcm and some use the new ones

Some of the and 07's use the E67 computer. They use a CAN bases communication profile and V1 cannot communicate with them. If you look at the PCM, if it looks like the older ones with 2 long skinny red and green (or red and blue 99-02) wire harness plugs on the end of it, then the V1 can tune it. If it has 3, more rectangle shaped plugs on the side of it, then it is a E67 PCM and need a V2 to tune it. I hope that helps
