Default Tci 3000

I have a TCI 3000 converter i was going to use for my truck but decided not to. The converter was used so i was going to send it off the TCI to get flushed and looked through before installing in into my truck. I would advise doing this before installing it, i never found anything in it but I do not like taking any chances. I just want what i paid for it $200. Spend that and the little TCI charges for the flushing and you have a new converter for under $350 or so.

Does this converter stall all the way to 3000 or about 2800? I heard the tci kick in a little early.

It would stall to about 3200 in my buddies 6.0L truck, so it should stall to 3000 in a 4.8L.
