The SC has a satin finish and has a intercooler, nice package if somebody wants a hot truck. I'm thinking about a new SDCC, 6.2 with a 6L80 so these goodies won't work.

It was and i wasn't impressed, i gave it away to a buddy of mine and had Andy @ Bullitproof Transmission here in Fresno go completely through it. The first time Mark grenaded it out in Texas at the DenaliFest that we had out there he was only an hour away from where the shop was that built it the first time. He took the truck to them and they fixed it for free, great customer service but, the second rebuild was less than great. So when i decieded to go with a 4L80 i sold the tranny to my buddy and was having Bullitproof Transmissions freshen it up for him. Andy calls me and says this m#$her f#ck&r is a boat anchor and needs to be COMPLETELY rebuilt. So i gave the tranny away and when he came down to have us put the heads, cam, headers, supercharger, we had a brand new tranny for him and i got the stock tranny out of his truck. So this tranny only has about 30K miles.

Yep a bone stock tranny with a torque convertor is worth every bit of 1500.00 with only 28K miles. Most tranny shops here in Fresno want at least 2200.00-2800.00 to drop and rebuild and install a STOCK tranny. Stealerships want even more, a reasonable offer would be entertained but i have a C3 that has gone through two tranny's. So to have a spare tranny sitting on the shop floor with a new motor and supercharger gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. I don't need to fire sale these items, i just want a new SDCC and i wont need these when i sell my C3. So just like fishing i throw the hook in the water and wait ?

I mean this as nice as possible, but you aren't offering to install the tranny for whoever you sell it to(or maybe you are).

You can buy a performabuilt or FLT tranny which would come basically brand new for a tiny bit more than you're asking.

Mark, i do understand what you're saying the last 4L65 i had i only got a grand for it, but it's easier to lower em down the ladder than drag them in the boat. So if a reasonable offer was made i would consider it. Trust me at 51 years old and five kids and an X -wife you won't hurt my feelings but thank you for considering them you are a gentleman.
