ok moze, I apologize. I have no excuse except that I have zero time. I won't get into what's going because its really none of your business. as far as refund, this is not wal-mart. paypal has alotted me 10 days to get it shipped out and that's what will happen. I'm sorry it has taken so long and I really do apologize, but please understand I have had zero time to do ANYTHING. I'm actually making this post from my phone right now. tyler has offered to help me get it shipped out and that is much appreciated. please do not judge his character as he has absolutely zero control over this situation.

You are in no place to tell me how to react to this situation. I paid on July 16th. I didn't receive it until today - August 18th. I received virtually zero communication from you after you received my money. And yet you found time to get on here and post about someone looking like a monkey screwing a football. And yet no response to my PM's. How would YOU react to the same situation? I promise you I was more understanding than most others would have been and probably than YOU would have been. A MONTH with basically zero communication - and you're telling me to cool my *** down? That's laughable. Maybe I should post up all of the PM's between Tyler and myself where it was promised it was shipped, where I was asked to be understanding, where I was assured it was being shipped out.
Tyler has been nothing but helpful. He was your spokesperson when he had no responsibility to do so, and I appreciate his help and let him know that more than once.
I asked for the refund because I wanted my money or the kit and I didn't have either. If it was easier for you to refund my money - I was giving you that option. If you aren't in a position to ship something DON'T PUT IT UP FOR SALE. If your situation changes and you've already put it up for sale - take it off and refund peoples money. It is YOUR responsibility to fulfill your transaction. It is not the buyers responsibility to wait a month with no communication from the seller.

Your post should have consisted of something along the lines of the following: "Moze, thank you for your patience and I apologize for not shipping the nitrous sooner. I had some things come up that were beyond my control and I should have refunded your money."
Maybe use that for the next time you can't ship something for a month and can't communicate with the seller. Telling them to cool their *** down and implying that I'm the one that didn't handle the situation correctly doesn't sit well. But it doesn't seem like you care, so posting this is probably pointless...

P.S. You've been banned from the classifieds on LS1truck.com. I wouldn't want any of our members to have to go through a similar experience that I had to go through or deal with being told to "cool your *** down" after not hearing from you for a month.

thats odd i pulled him right up on ls1truck. you got your kit. danny had alot of personal issues. i told you bout some and rest need dont need to be said. he lives 20 miles from the nearest town and goes to work at 5 in the mornin. he doesnt have much time to get things done and not many people to do things for him. at the point he was at his own wellbeing and family was a bit more important than your nitrous
