if you dont have these items it is going to cost me or whoever buys it about another $1000+an intercooler to complete the kit

No, this kit does not come with a fuel system.

i am interested in the kit but $1300+ the other stuff doesnt sound like much of a bargain especially since there may be other stuff missing that cant be seen
