Ok!! Finally have pictures of this thing! Needs to be prepped, crack fixed and then painted but any good body shop can do that in a damn heart beat. Here the pics, the guy I bought it for did some prep on it himself too.

It's polyurethane, not sure who made it but I used to have a Street Scene bumper on my Sierra and it looked to be the same.
