the rear end is a 8.5 technically an 8.6 it will fit 99-current gm truckks with a 10 bolt.

this unit is not stronger than the g80 from what i know...

ok thanks, i've got a g80 already, i was just hoping to find something a little stronger for a good price (not $300+)
