01-06 Denali/C3 bumpers are the same, mount the same etc.
Bump for an excellent price on the front bumper.

Just the cover.....no. The cover with the support and filler, yes. Plus you'd need a denali grille.

Any idea where I may find this stuff? I can get a grill. Would I have to change headlight header panels as well or would mine work with denali lights?

GM or get lucky at a salvage yard. Make sure they know the difference between Denali and non-denali GMC though.
The headlight panels are the same. The filler panels between the grille and bumper are different.
