My buddy that i bout this LQ4 from still has the 80E w/Flexplate and converter he is tryin to sell..

The only thing wrong is a bent dipstick...

it came out of a 2004 2500HD 2wd 40k miles...

Its complete minus the Intake manifold... (i used it on the LQ4)
