He might be heading back to school here soon. Sam Houston State University. They are the Bearcats and maybe his email traces to the University.

Might want to contact his local Police department to see if they can help you.

He hasn't been on here since early in July though.

Yes. He said he deprogrammed it and I believe him. Did you see that other thread in the performance section?

Yeah, I saw that thread. Seems that some HPP3's won't program certain PCM's even if they are the right year and the HPP3 has been put back to stock.(Something else I didn't know Mac )

That's BS that he won't refund the money though.

So he's sold this thing twice now AND still has it. Sounds like you guys need to get your info together and contact some law enforcement types.

Happened to me with the HPPIII. The seller and I got it worked out though. He found out that If the programer is put on a truck other that the year specified it will lock it up and then pay Hypertech $200 to unlock it!!

Lates update in the programmer. I talked with him and he said that he got it straightened out and put it in the mail today so we will see in a few days. Again I appreciate all the help from you guys on here.
