So he isn't allowed to charge extra on the wheels for the cost and aggravation of having them dismounted... plus the fact that he now has to deal with the aggravation of shipping 2 sets of 4 items separately?

Seeing as you've inquired about the tires, I see no reason for you to be concerned with the price of his wheels.

I uploaded pictures with references for tire wear, close ups and the actual height and width of the rims.

I cant believe these havent sold yet. I would love to take them off your hands, but my money is tied up collecting parts for a LQ9 swap.
