Im going off of exactly what i was told. Like i said, THATS WHAT I HEAR!! As far as the first time you saw the wheels being at my house, your full of ****. You went to look at them twice while bbls1/whistlin00 had them.

Yes you posted some pics of the rims that i did not have. That proves that you obviously had looked into buying the wheels before when i had them because you had pictures saved on your computer from when whistlin00 was selling them.
someone told you wrong. i never saw those rims until we met up(why would i lie?). those pictures are what whistlin sent to me in a pm, and what he posted in his classifieds ad. my buddy with the 20's never even saw the rims. whoever told you that must have been confused about who was looking at the rims.

I was going to put the rollpan on my girls truck but she ended up buying one before i decided to finally part it out so i posted it up for sale.
i got the message about you putting it on your girls truck a good 2 weeks after you decided to part out. why tell me it might be going there when she already has one...

Maybe your confusing overpriced with unaffordable for you because if you had cash, im sure you would have bought your own ****** rollpan by now instead of waiting 6 months and counting to get a used one.
lol ive dumped more money into my truck in the last 11 months than you have in the last few years. thats just in mods. ive also been making payments out the *** trying to get it paid off. only owe 5,000 on an 18,000 truck and ive only had it for 11 months. i wouldnt have came out to look if i didnt have the money to buy. it was in my pocket incase i did decide to go ahead with it. a roll pan isnt on my list of priorities, so im willing to wait around and find one at a better price. who dosent do that?

I have sold and bought many things on this board so there are enough people that know im good for my word, im not worried about you.
is that why you have a post in the member evaluations area wandering who all thinks you ripped off leo on that grille?

here ya go chago

Just read that a few min ago. I think Leo was under the impression that it was a real Tahoe grille, not a painted to make it look like a Tahoe grille is all.
The price was definitely not a ripoff at all, and Leo has never said anything to that effect. That's the only thing that was said at the truck meet, so let me give you a word of advice Taylor, you shouldnt believe everything a big mouth tells you, and Im pretty sure I know who's the bird chirping in your ear, and someone who goes and runs off and starts **** obviously has nothing better to do with their time. Leo is one of the nicest guys around and never says anything bad about anyone, so before you make a post, you should really ask the person 1st, and not automatically assume the person giving you the "heresay" is always correct because obviously he isnt.

I made the post because I heard that some people thought the grill shell was a bad deal. I knew it wasnt Leo that said it so i didnt know where to start. That post was not aimed at Leo but at the other people that had something to say about it. I would have sent a pm but like i said, i didnt know who it was that had the problem. I figured the post was the best way to get it out in the open and answer anyones questions they may have. I knew i didnt rip anyone off, i just wanted to know who thought i did. Yes chago, Leo is a nice guy and i have dealt with him before on things and it was a smooth transaction everytime. Hes a good guy.

Congrats on dumping money into your truck txsilverado. Who gives a ****?? I guess instead of spending all my money on one vehicle, i buy other ones. If you want to compare, thats fine. I could have had my truck paid for, bagged and body dropped by now on intros but i spent my money elsewhere. That would explain why i have the truck, a 2001 mustang GT and a brand new streetbike. Not to mention the dirtbike too. In 3 years, i have owned a total of 5 different cars/trucks, a streetbike, dirtbike and 4 wheeler both new and all of them in my name. I doubt you have spent more than i have like you say. People do look around for a used rollpan but alot of people also decide to buy one brand new after they have tryed finding one and havent had any luck. Im just saying, you have been waiting this long, why not just buy a new one?? I posted the truck up to part it out and then decided i was going to hold off cause i was thinking about keeping it. Then a couple weeks later, i decided again that i would part it out and sell it and thats when i was thinking about putting it on my girls truck. During that time, i got a pm from the guy thats buying the rollpan now and i told him i would let him know. My girl found one at a steal of a price and i bought it for her instead of giving her mine. Thats when i told the guy he could buy the rollpan so no, she did not already have one when i was thinking about giving it to her for her truck. Yes i was told you went to look at the rims. If im wrong or he is confused at who came to look, i appologize but he told me detail by detail about you coming to look at them. Why would he lie about that? Somethings not adding up. Oh well. I guess thats just where it going to stay.

Look, i dont like having problems with people because i like to keep a good reputation around here. I guess thats why i always like to make sure people are happy with the stuff i sell them. I know my stuff is good for the money. I really dont even see a reason to have a problem with you because whats done is done. We really dont even need to be posting about this **** anymore. Nothings going to change so its a waste of time. Sorry things didnt work out differently. If your worried about there being beef between us, you dont have to. As far as im concerned, this is all pitty **** and it should be squashed right now. If you want to have a problem thats your choice but i have more important things to focus my attention toward than this. So lets have a drink and drop everything if your willing to step up and do that.

Chago,
Man, i never had any problem or ever thought that Leo was not happy with the grill and shell. Im sure you know who it is that told me what i heard. He said that Leo was perfectly happy with the grill from the beginning so that was never really a question. I just posted that i would give him his money back if he wasnt completely happy if thats what he wanted to do. He just mentioned that it was said by others that were there that it was a bad deal so i posted up to find out why and who thought that. Next time i wont make a post about it but i figured the easiest way to find out was to get it out in the open. Once again, Leo is a nice guy and i didnt think he had said anything bad. Anytime i dealt with him before, it was a smooth transaction! If he ever needed a hand with anything, i would help him out if it was in my power to do so. Hes a good person.

Evol.8: yea man, the intake is sold to ap2002. sorry!

Leochevy2001: Pm returned

AP2002: send me a pm with your number cause i lost it. Ill give you a call so we can set up a time to meet to swap intakes.

i wasnt trying to compare how much we spend on our toys. i just took that unaffordable comment as you think i didnt have the cash to drop on a set of wheels or rollpan. like i said, a roll pan isnt on my list of priorities for my truck so im willing to wait around for a nice deal, and if it dosent come by...big deal. im guessing its billy that told you i came to look at the rims since ive never met his bro. besides last weekend the only times ive ever met billy was over at target to check out other trucks and hang out with him and 01thunder. then at a track g2g so i could get allen to tune up the truck. i dont remember rims being mention either time though . and besides i think they were on his brothers wrecked up truck at the time...

about the grille shell. i never heard anyone mention it being a rip off. one of the guys might have pointed out that it wasnt a real tahoe grille but leo already knew that so its no big deal.

Look, i dont like having problems with people because i like to keep a good reputation around here. I guess thats why i always like to make sure people are happy with the stuff i sell them.
