This is supposed to be a upgrade for my truck but they look like the exact same thing that is on it.

The upgrade would be going from a 12" rotor to a 13", but if you have a 13" already, then no, it wouldn't be an upgrade. IIRC, GM switched to 13" rotors in 2005.
