Tires are not included. They were way bald. Already had them removed. If there were tires I would be asking a little more. These wheels usually go for $3-400 per set if I remember right.

I have seen plain center caps for sale on eBay.

To your zip I am seeing around $20 per wheel. I already have them boxed up. Just need to get some filler.
