If you're interested in a flex fuel injector equipped intake, the injectors would be a higher flowing upgrade to the standard truck injectors.

Will my return style fuel rail/injectors from my 02 silverado bolt up to this intake?

Your return rails will not fit this intake. The crossover on the rails prevents them from seating down fully. There are some good threads on here about completing the swap to these on the NBS trucks. My preffered method for swapping these onto a 99-02 return style truck is to run the returnless rails that belong on the intake, and convert them to return style using a C5 corvette fuel filter to connect your OEM fuel lines to the new returnless style rail. This is what I chose to do on my personal truck.

First post here.... interesting. I just recently bought an 03 Hummer H2 (LQ4 6.0). I'll have to check but I think the 03 H2's are using the return style fuel rails. It does have DBW. If so and I get one then the C5 fuel filter idea seems like the way to go. I'll actually know for sure next weekend since I need to pull the stock intake to change the stupid knock sensors.

Would I have any benefit to going with a FF one with the larger injectors? I'm guessing I'll also need to get a 90mm TB. I will eventually have Lew do a custom tune for me (I kept my Intune I used my my Sierra). I'll be doing some shorty headers, flowmaster BB muffler, and an Airaid MIT. Those will be about the only mods I'm planning on for this H2.

The benefit of going to the flex fuel injectors would be that you have plenty of room to grow should you choose to start doing more than just bolt on mods, and require more fueling. If you make the change to returnless rails using the C5 filter, I reccomend that you have a tune in order to adjust your injector maps for static pressure. You return style rails should be vacuum referenced and allow the fuel pressure to vary based on manifold pressures, which is compensated for in the injector maps. If you H2 is DBW, you would require either an X link adaptor and a 90mm 4 bolt DBW throttle body, or use an adaptor and retain your original 3 bolt TB. Obviously using the adaptor, you negate some of the performance gains that comes from the larger throttle inlet. However, these intakes have a substantially improved port design over your original intake, so there would still be an improvement even if you chose to adapt your original throttle body.

On that note, I received two complete flex fuel equipped intakes this afternoon and will likely have the cleaned and processed for sale by tomorrow afternoon. Please let me know if you'd like to reserve one.
