i was just on the magna site, alote of the pics the blower was in the center, with the tb on the pass side, you think this would be safe on a 141k yukon 5.3...You say its a drop in item, any mods have to be done i do know the injectors will have to be swapped, and needs to be tuned. what else????

I would think it should work. It came off of a 03 Silverado. I would not recommend it for racing thoe. Maybe on a 4.8 or 5.3. It is too small for a 6.0 for racing. It would work well for towing and more hp on a 6.0. Lingenfelter has an article on a 5.3 for racing with it thoe. You may want to do some searching on that. You would need injectors for it , but I can get the originals from my friend who was going to use them. He said he might change his mind and go to a smaller size injector for his application. I will double check with him again to see what he wants to do. Thanks

I have this charger on my 07 classic with a 4.8l. Added 127hp to my little 4.8l with only 5lbs, even at 5280 ft elevation! You can use it to race but you would want to fab up a air to air intercooler like mine or just add a meth kit. Intake temps are high with this kit if you don't! Great little blower though, very loud wicked sounding wine too! All that had to be done for the newer (03-07) truck is block off the egr port on the supercharger intake pipe!
