6.0 is the same harness as any gen 3 LS motor. The wiring for trans can be re-pinned for a 4l80e in about 5 minutes

So it will work on a 03 GMC Sierra 1500Hd 4x4 truck with a repin for the trans.

Are you dbw or dbc throttle body?

Then you can re-pin it for a 80e. There are tons of write ups on here when doing an 80e swap. I bought the harness used to get some pigtails off it but never used it. As far as i could tell just the oil level sensor pigtail is missing.
