I have 20" centerlines with tires. I was looking at the cam and 90mm tb not sure if either will work with my application.

if you wan to go to a 90mm tb setup i have the parts you will need.
06 corvette 90mm throttle body $310
02 TAC sold
and the wiring harness to connect to the 90mm tb sold
as for the cam you will need at least a 2800 stall if not a 3000 stall and i would not put it in anything smaller then a 5.3 but a 6.0 motor would be best.
