off an 04 H2, has 17k miles on it stardust color traded the H2 in perfect workign condition. Will work on most of the 5.3-6.0 trucks/Suv's etc. Only the programmer will need to be redone to your VIN#, and the intake air tube for non H2 vehicle.

Only thing missing is the fuel pump.. I left it in the tank.
