I'd like to eventually run a 2.6, I'm running an overdrive crank pulley and 2.8 right now with no issues. What kind of mods would be necessary? Bigger reservoir, pump, and heat exchanger?

Ya. Anything to help increase coolant flow and plenty of HX to cool it down.
