Revised*Vortec*5700*(350 cu in) increased power*and*fuel efficiency, electronic 4WD shifting,*daytime running lights, illuminated entry, and some new interior features (1996)Revised automatic transmission, improved steering system and added passenger-side air bag, Yukon 2-door option dropped (1997)Programmable Homelink transmitter, PassLock security system, heated front seating surfaces optional, air conditioning for rear seat passengers, AutoTrac automatic 4WD option added, second generation air bags, transmissions revised again (1998)Revised steering wheel and improved radiators and transmissions, Tahoe 2-door option dropped (1999)out of a 1999 Chevrolet Tahoe 4x4. recently rebuilt the top end. Heads rebuilt back to factory specs. New water pump, Spider injector assembly, New timing set, New radiator hoses, New Ceramic coated Shorty Headers, New Fuel Spider Assembly, New Roller Rockers, New Headers (Ceramic Coated), New Hydraulic Roller Lifters, New Chrome Bowtie Valve Covers (Tall), New Harmonic Balancer. Over $1500 in New Parts push rods, New roller rockers, Complete top end rebuild with new parts, Rebuilt everything while it was still in the Tahoe, started it up bent a pushrod. Yanked the motor and transmission out went to buy the LS3, Only things I kept was the 4x4 transfer case due to I went LS3 into my buddies Tahoe and we needed to keep this for the swap and the manual clutch fan. So everything complete with 185K on the Odometer. $1000.00 That's a LT1 complete front to back top to bottom and a 4L60e transmission still together sitting in my garage for $1000.00 FIRM. Many of you know my wife Lisa Bridges.

LT1s never came in trucks. They came in Corvettes, F-bodies, and B-bodies.
