LSX high compression heads

i have a set of lsx heads that were shaved .30 over and have a 3 angle valve job and the casting num is 862.........they have about 2,000 miles on them and look brand new......i want to get about 175 .......shipped.

BTW, What exactly is "high compression" let us know some numbers on those things.
