Sent payment via PayPal on 12/08/16 - not as a gift
replied back a few days later stating that he issued a refund, and to send Payment to another Pay Pal address a.castello@live.com
Refund was received and payment was sent to new Pay Pal address (should have been red flag)
Seller confirmed that payment was received and that the package was ready to be shipped out.
Last contact was on 12/15/16
Seller has not provided a tracking number

got a late night text
received a refund. Stated that the 2nd account was his brothers account
Pay Pal shows it to be in process . . . hasn't hit the CC account yet
