Will it fit no an '03 4.8 with many mods? If so, what are the advantages?

I was all set to go ahead and get the parts to do it.... then I changed my mind. Now I'm putting the Edelbrock Victor "carb style" single plane intake on with a big honkin elbow. With a 402 and a turbo coming I can give up some bottom end TQ without crying
