Other than a TB, harness/ecm, what does it need to be ready to run?

 

Oh, I should have said that I wouldn't need a stall, it would be going into a 70' C10 so I just need a stock style converter. I would be interested in the engine and transmission together. Let me know about shipping...and what the total would be.
