Will the LQ9 Gen III GM Truck ported/polished 80mm Throttle Body fit a 2003 Silverado SS? Stock is 3 bolt 78mm? After install/start-up will the truck re-learn or will it need a re-tune?

To be clear, this is the stock throttle body that has been ported. I guess you're right.... It is actually 78mm, not 80mm as I stated. Truck should adjust and not need retuning with just this single modification.
