The 2002 cam is NEW?? What are the cam specs. All items are new for the cam swap?

the entire cam setup (cam, springs, pushrods, and all gaskets needed for install) are brand new in the original boxes.

it will work just fine in a 2002 4.8; you won't have to have tuning, but tuning will optimize the setup. you will need the other parts as well to have the complete swap setup, but that's up tp you.
