Should work for you. "Should" being used carefully. A Tahoe's drop shackle can only be 2 inches or it will hit the fuel filler neck. There are ways to work around this should you find a 3 inch.

The other dimensions should work fine. If you look up the manufacture, they generally list the same part number for the newer trucks, older trucks, and older SUV's.
