NVM he has a electronic t/b so I suppose it won't work

 

Not unless you want to convert it to cable driven. Since this kit includes a cable driven TB you could make the conversion. One of the vendors make a conversion kit.

 

Which model blower is this and what displacement? Is the flash tuner available or was that not included? Was it purchased new or used by you? Have cash in hand and very interested.

 

I bought it used and the owner said about 8K, I took the top off and looked inside and did not see any burs or scarring.

It is the non-intercooled side mount S/C and I believe it is 1900 cfm or whatever they are rated at. It is the same S/C as the Whipple with slightly different bracketing.

Kenne Bell does not sell the flash tuner for this supercharger. You would have to add a HPTuners, EFILive orLS1 edit tune or pay KB $600 and send them your PCM to tune. Quite frankly, I believe several of the supporting vendors could sell you a better tune than KB.

Also, I think you can easily add an intercooler by taking a TB spacer and reverse installing it and put the piping around the sides. Easier to do with electric fans as you can go straight down to the IC.

 

Waiting on a return call from Kenne Bell as to if I can run this with my electric throttle body and kit to hook up the intercooler. If someone else bites, go ahead, but still interested.

 

If you have the drive by wire TB, you have two choices, one is to get the Kenne Bell 90deg Throttle Body casting. This is added at the rear of the Supercharger intake. The cable driven TB adapts right to the S/C and uses slightly different air intake tubing. The other is to get the DBW to Cable drive conversion kit from one of the vendors on the right------->.

The unit I am selling has an extra cable driven TB included.

 

i have the same charger it works great makes lots of power any questions pm me well worth 2000. mine is drive by cable now but it was used on a drive by wire. forget the intercooled just run the alky.
