how did you like the performance gains the pulleys gave you? did you have trouble with the alt pulley charging at all?
I did the pulley swap at the some time as my cam swap, so I can't be certain. I will say the engine revved much quicker though. Others who did just the pulley swap gain between 5-10 hp. The only time I had any dip in the voltage guage or light dimming was when I had the headlights on, and the A/C kicked on. Just a momentary drop, and then it came back. This was with a 105A alt and also running a 340w amp.

Yes it will fit a 04. I did not get any codes when I installed it, or any driveability or idle issues. When I did the swap I ran the truck on a dyno with a stock TB, then with it still on the dyno swapped on the ported TB and dynoed it again. 4 hp gain.
