K&N 57-3058 CAI kit for NNBS
K&N 57-3058 CAI kit (intake tube, airbox and filter) - $140
This will also fit an '07-08 4.8, 5.3 and 6.0.
It's missing part Z from the instructions below, but it has a K&N part number, so you could get it from them, or just do a search for a 6" velocity stack.
Installation instructions
I have the velocity stack from an Airaid kit if that sweetens the deal any, but the outlet diameter is different than the K&N one.
