Stupid Question since i have always wanted one of these bumpers. What year does this fit? I got a 2000 and a 2004 1500 silverado

I'm very interested in this. Questions:

1) Can you ballpark (within $25) the shipping costs to 38340?

2) Do Gibbs trucks use the same fog light kits as a regular Silverado? If so, I don't need that, as my truck already has fogs. Also if so, would you go down on price any if you keep fog lights?
