both of these intake manifolds are "Drive By Wire" and not cable.....correct?

Yes, BUT a cable driven 90mm TB will work with either of these intake manifolds.

so will that ssr intake work on my 02 chevy other then getting a cable operated throttle body ?

This intake manifold has the newer style fuel rails. I don't believe a person should have to modify anything. Just fab a cable bracket if you have a cable driven TB. I'll try to get some pics tonight.

man you still got the ssr 90mm intake manifold what is the shipping to 31605, oh and I will need a Picture as well!
