both of these intake manifolds are "Drive By Wire" and not cable.....correct?

Yes, BUT a cable driven 90mm TB will work with either of these intake manifolds.

so will that ssr intake work on my 02 chevy other then getting a cable operated throttle body ?

you will also have to fab a cable bracket and brackets for your factory fuel rails. You will also have to mend the different evap to line to the relocated evap solenoid. and extend the MAP wiring as well.
