How much for the upper rad hose and billet brackets, catch can, and coolant tank?

I built the coolant tank so i could use it in the Tahoe the other tank went with the supercharger the radiator hose is stock I just put a sleeve over it and I would sell the billet clamps if your interested 35.00 shipped they are chrome Ill through in the sleeve
