Guaging intrest on sound system

$420 + ship for everything?
Amp MSRP=$230
Box MSRP=$210
Sub MSRP=$150 each
Total MSRP=$740
That totals up to $320 in savings from the total MSRP. Wiring kit will be thrown in and was $20+$1 per foot for speaker wire. If sold locally I will install it at no cost which will add to the savings. Can possibly also meet halfway or deliver if local. I will be in the Dallas area this weekend if anyone is interested. Its still in almost mint condition and I don't really need to sell it for any reasons, just really want a Transgo kit w/ Vette servos and a new converter
