Default GMT 900 Project Truck For Sale

I have a 2010 Sierra that I've been building to hit 600-700 RWHP NA, and the goal of 1000 RWHP boosted. Bit of a long story how it got here, but this was my daily I was building and ran into a road block and had to get into another daily. Aluminum LC9 5.3 is locked up, so **will need trailered**. So now I have to let this go. It has a great foundation with tons of great parts for someone else to take and complete. Either strip this one of the parts I have in it and sell what you don't use, or throw the engine in it and have some fun. I was building on the intent to have some fun times at the local drag strip and also be able to do drag and drives with ease, being a daily and all.

On to the good parts that it comes with or are already installed: (parts not installed- axle gears/seal kits/gear oil, BTR intake & throttle body)

14 bolt 11.5 full float rear axle. Installed with 3.73 open diff.
Comes with US Gear (USA made, not Chinese made USA Gear that is Yukon's lower line) 4.56 gears. Also comes with Eaton TrueTrac posi and full seal kit. Motul 75-90 gear oil comes with it as well.
Mag-Hytec rear diff cover.
Action Machine Inc. 4" aluminum drive shaft. Over $2500 in parts just in the rear axle here

Front factory 8.25 front diff has Yukon gear 4.56 and full seal kit to come with it. Not installed. Front axle is currently the factory 3.43 gear. Motul 75-90 gear oil as well. Approx $500 in parts for the front axle.

Falken Wildpeak tires with less than 2,000 miles on them. 33" tires on Mickey Thompson 17" wheels

Atomic Fab poly engine mounts- $400

TruCool 40k trans cooler- $150

Frostbite 3 row radiator- $300

Has Doug Thorley tri-y headers installed

Circle D billet converter with 2800-3200 stall. Built to this truck $1300

Lonnie's Performance fuel system. Dual 450 pumps, inline filter, boost reference, 1200 CC injectors, fuel pressure regulator. $3200

Black Bear Performance Tuner

BTR equalizer intake, fuel rails and Nick Williams 102mm throttle body. Retails at $1600

Hydroboost brake system already installed on truck and works

All these parts have less than 1,000 miles on them.

On to the boring stuff, if you're interested:
truck is a 4x4 with 6l80 SLE. It comes with a LOCKED UP LC9 aluminum block 5.3. The 5.3 has 243 heads on it, a TSP stage 2 hi-lift truck cam, PAC 1219 springs, and Johnson Lifters, if the top end is still good, it will have some good parts still on it. Everything on the truck works/worked with exception of ABS and TCS due to the 14 bolt swap. I had a 408 built by a local shop that dropped a rod less than 6 miles on it. Took it back to rebuild. Dropped another rod at 500 miles. While the engine was in the shop, the shop had a fire with my 408 still inside. The 5.3 I knew was on borrowed time and locked up on me on my way to work one morning. Being my daily, I didn't have another solution and I wasn't going to drop a ton of time and money throwing in yet another engine that was just a temporary fix, so had to (unfortunately) get into a new truck loan and have to offload my project.

Listing at $5000. As you can see, there is a ton of time and work done to this truck already and you can easily spend over $8,000 getting into similar parts alone, not counting labor. Do not want to separate anything as everything was meant for this truck. Lots of potential available as you can either take this truck, put a good engine in it and have fun, or sell it; or use the parts, sell what you don't use and still come out pretty far ahead.

Located 20 mins south of Indianapolis, IN.
Clean title - 185k miles on the body

I now have the 408 parts back. The cam would need replaced, but the block and rotating assembly (at the very least) is useable. Bottom is K1/Molnar fully forged rotating assembly. Crank and block still need a little cleaning. Rods are forged H beam rods. Pistons are forged Wiseco +5cc pistons. Paired with the 821 heads, this setup would sit around 12.5:1 compression. And ran on e85 and 93 with no issues, before the untorqued bolt backed out in the main thanks to the builder....but I'll digress. All engine parts will go with truck. Also had the S718 upgraded wrist pins. $3,500 new to order now. Here is the writeup on the kit:

CNC-Motorsports is proud to introduce Molnar LS2 rotating assembly kits to our customers looking for maximum value and quality. These Molnar kits are designed to safely support up to 1200 horsepower with wrist pin upgrades. Molnar kits will work with power adders such as boost and nitrous. S718 wrist pin upgrade recommended for past 700 horsepower. Kit fits GEN III 6.0L Vortec 6000, LQ4 LQ9, GEN IV 6.0L LS2 L76 L98 L77 LY6 L96
  • Molnar 4340 forged steel crankshaft 4.000 stroke
  • Molnar forged 4340 steel H-Beam rods with 7/16" ARP 2000 rod bolts, 6.125 length
  • Wiseco 2618 forged pistons, ArmorGlide Skirt Coating, .150 wall wrist pins
  • Performance steel fit to fit ring set - *Good for boost or nitrous*
  • Performance Race H series rod and main bearings
  • This Rotating assembly kit has been Internally Balanced In-house by CNC-Motorsports
  • Compression ratios figured at 0 deck with .051 gasket
  • Compression Ratio with 65cc heads 12.9:1
  • Compression Ratio with 66cc heads 12.5:1
  • Compression Ratio with 68cc heads 12.4:1
  • Compression Ratio with 70cc heads 12.0:1
