I find it hard to believe that they can fit an 03-13, but not a 99-02 when the frames changed significantly in 07.5< applications, and didnt change at all 99-07.5>
You be the judge. But I tried first hand to put NNBS headers on a NBS, and the passenger frame rail wasnt gonna let that happen.
Keep eating that popcorn, just stating what I what I know and what I am inferring about the fitment guide.
