No it won't work. You have rectangular port heads. This is for cathedral ports.

The new body style has rectangle port heads while the old body style heads are cathedral ports. I think that can probably be changed by a lower manifold on the blower of some sort, but it is not a direct bolt on as it sits right now. Outside of that there are very minor changes and people can make them work on either body style.

 

Do you have pics of the heat exchanger as well?
