Above 3 k should put you back in the seat oretty hard. I think your torque converter will be to small for my tatses with either of these cams though. Don't get me wrong, it would run like a scalded *** ape, but I was planning basically the same setup but with a 3600 stall. All in all, there really isn't THAT much difference. The 112 will get noticed more for people that know cars.

How much would the RPM range drop if I were to advance your cam 4 degrees? Is there a common rule of thumb that say X rpm per Y degrees of advance?
