FYI: If anyone has the older 99 iron block with the longer crankshaft, that flex plate will solve all your issues for bolting it up to a 4l60. I bought one at first was pissed b/c it did line up with the starter, so i called TCI and ask what would happen if i mounted backwards...they told me it would be perfectly ok. The only thing you need is some spacer washers and longer bolts for the torque converter...bolts right up with no issue!

 

alright ill ckeck on it also and see what i can come up with. im getting the ac system checked out tomorrow morning to see if i can figure out what exactly is wrong with it. ill send you a pm tomorrow and let you know. thanks
