Why would it be a scam if he wanted someone to pick them up from him?

Sorry I've been out of town on business. I was able to jump online once to check the post but didn't get a chance to reply. I also seen you called my cell but I only have my work cell when I go out of town. If you still want the headers and your in town let me know and there yours. I will ship the headers only out at this point at buyers expense. I'm guessing around $75 - $100 for shipping. Let me know.
